Downtown Omaha Wayfinding Reflecting the need for anticipated regular update as downtown Omaha attracts new residents from the suburbs and adds cultural and civic destinations, this modular design for pedestrian wayfinding is extremely flexible. Color is used not for geographic districts but rather for destination category–public, cultural, open space, and transit. The vehicular signs are slightly convex, and both modes will have their own poles. The system is poised to go into message and location programming and documentation.
