First designed by Katz Wheeler, The Planning of Center City Philadelphia from William Penn to the Present, is an updated expansion of Philadelphia’s Best Buildings in (and Near) Center City Philadelphia, (1994). It features an extensive illustrated historical essay by John Andrew Gallery and five walking tours.
