Since the 1980s, JKDA and its precedent firms have been conceiving and developing heads-up maps in print and the environment. Viewers cannot turn a sign upside down so that the direction they’re facing is at the top, but they can a print map: how wonderful to find that the type is still right-side up. This map, showing the final form of a multi-year enhancement of US 202, is actually an 8" x 36" single map.
