Paris Dreamwalk

This calendar derives from a
larger photographic project, a
series of relief assemblages of
two-to-four photographs mounted in deep frames. In the calendar,
the images are assembled in
a continuous sequence, with spread breaks occurring by hap- penstance, and, as in the framed assemblages, a mix of black-and-white and color. The calendar device provided the opportunity
to offer engaging and humorous historical events on their respec- tive dates. Valentine’s day was represented by a heart in every calendar.
